Pricing questions
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan is free forever - no trial period, no credit card needed. You only pay a 10% transaction fee when you make a sale. Upgrade to a paid plan when you need more.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. If Growth or Pro isn't the right fit, contact us within 30 days of your first payment and we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, anytime. Upgrade or downgrade from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
Merkora itself is billed via Stripe (card payments). For your clients, you connect your own Stripe account - all major cards are supported.
Does Merkora take a cut of my sales?
Only on the Free plan (10%). On Growth and Pro the transaction fee is 0% — every sale goes straight to your Stripe account. Standard Stripe processing fees apply on all plans.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel anytime. Your page and content stay accessible until the end of the billing period, then you drop to the Free plan. You never lose your data.
Can I keep my existing Stripe account?
Yes. You connect your own Stripe account. Merkora never holds your money - payments go directly from your clients to your Stripe account.
