Is there a free trial?
There's no time-limited trial — Free is free, no credit card needed, for as long as it takes you to set up and make your first sale. The moment you earn, we'll email you and you'll have 14 days to move to Professional.
What happens when I make my first sale?
We'll email you right away — congrats! You'll have 14 days to pick the Professional plan. Everything keeps working exactly as before during that window. If you don't upgrade in time, new bookings and sales pause until you do — nothing you've already sold to a client is ever affected.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. If Professional isn't the right fit, contact us within 30 days of your first payment and we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, anytime. Upgrade from your dashboard — it takes effect immediately. Downgrade to Free at the end of your billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
Merkora itself is billed via Stripe (card payments). For your clients, you connect your own Stripe account - all major cards are supported.
Does Merkora take a cut of my sales?
Never. 0% transaction fee on every plan, including Free — every sale goes straight to your own Stripe account. Standard Stripe processing fees apply, the same fees you'd pay on any platform.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel anytime. Your page and content stay accessible until the end of the billing period, then you drop to the Free plan. You never lose your data.
Can I keep my existing Stripe account?
Yes. You connect your own Stripe account. Merkora never holds your money - payments go directly from your clients to your Stripe account.
